I hope you’re all doing well and that you have some exciting plans for Thanksgiving. I’ll be road tripping with my daughter to see family out of state. We’re so fortunate that we haven’t been ostracized by any of our family members—the
enormity of this isn’t lost on me, given what so many have been through the last couple of years. I’m just so grateful.
There are three things I’d like to address today:
1. Last week’s elections
2. An upcoming event/documentary screening about V injury
3. A new Zoom call
for this community
Several have emailed me asking, “Now what? Where do you think we go from here?”
Mandates—including the threat of mandates—seemed to be loosening and people were starting to exhale a bit. Some feel thrust back into the battle, especially those in blue states like Minnesota, where I live, where our despotic governor was reelected. This dude’s game plan has always been to mandate jabs, including for schoolkids.
As Leah Wilson of Stand for Health Freedom said, “You voted to protect human, constitutional, and parental rights, and because of your actions, we are in a better place as a country. We saw incredible wins at the state and local level.
“Today, we can proudly say that in just two
short months, we will have more power in Congress, governorships, state houses, and local school boards than we ever did before. We will seize this opportunity and be sure that these elected officials deliver on their promises to the American people.”
This is a long game—it was never going to be won overnight. I’m not deterred.
As Leah continued, “Our rights had been under attack for many years and limited numbers rose to defend them. What we are seeing now is a real paradigm shift and extraordinary growth in our movement.”
So where do we go from here? The people need to continue to stand up.
To that end, the best post-election assessment I’ve seen, including solutions, is Toby Rogers’ interview with Maureen McDonnell on CHD TV. I had the pleasure of meeting Maureen at last year’s Health & Freedom Summit conference in Nashville and let me tell you, she’s a powerhouse. She’s been a V injury educator for 40 years and is the founder of Millions Against Medical Mandates (MAMM).
As Toby said in his recent Substack, “My takeaways are that it was a very good night for Ron DeSantis. [He] showed that medical freedom is a winning
political issue [and he] instantly becomes the front-runner for President in 2024.” 🥳
If you’re feeling defeated and exhausted and need an infusion of inspiration, you need to hear Toby’s take on things and his enthusiasm about where we need to put our
energies.
