I wanted to let you know about a couple of health freedom events coming up. As always, you can check my Events page, but I need to highlight two of them.
Firstly, as some of you know, I started another advocacy organization, Good Trouble Parents. It’s more pressing right now because
it affects me personally to a great degree.
As for health freedom, although I care about everyone's freedom (or I wouldn't be sticking my neck out like I've done for three years), mask and jab mandates have only affected my daughter and me insofar as her having to wear a mask at school part of last year, which had me mostly unglued, although her mask was
totally breathable. I refuse to allow my child’s precious breath to be restricted. #abuse
I think I’ve masked a total of 45 min. in the last two-plus years.
Anyway, given that for many, mandates aren’t breathing down our necks like they were, I need to turn more of my attention towards parental rights as a result of the chaos going on
in our public schools. Why in the H-E-double hockey stick is my daughter even in public? You can read a little of my story here.
It’s been a wild ride so far—I’ve
connected and had meetings with many stakeholders in the parental rights movement, both locally and nationally, and GTP has started to take on a life of its own.
This article was recently published, which led to a 30-min. radio segment about GTP, which led to an interview last week by The Associated Press.
I also testified in a hearing about the replacement of the MN Teaching Standards.
Parents in my district are (finally) starting to come out of the woodwork.
My email has blown up with messages from politicians, parents, former teachers and school board members
(emphasis: FORMER), and leaders in other parental rights groups. I’ve had six requests to speak.
Please know that CHF isn’t going anywhere. And I’m still committed to the health freedom movement.
Even though the CDC has backtracked (and lost any molecule of credibility it ever had), it’s still all hands on deck in maintaining our medical freedoms, especially with the midterms around the corner.
After three years of wholly contradictory claims, chaos, confusion, turmoil, and embarrassment, you likely heard that CDC Director, Rochelle Walenksy, has
further embarrassed herself and the CDC by announcing a "sweeping reorganization."
As my friend, James Lyons-Weiler, said in his article, Old Wine in New Bottles, "They are moving in the exact wrong direction. Again. As far as I can tell, after a thorough analysis of statements made by
CDC leadership, CDC has everything backwards, still, on their approach to 'reform.'"
